Stoke City travel to the Liberty Stadium on Sunday to take on Swansea in what is likely to be both clubs final appearance in the Premier League for some time.

Stoke manager Paul Lambert has promised that his side will be giving it a good go and he will field his strongest side against the Swans. Ironically, if Swansea could win and Man City beat Southampton, then it would be Mark Hughes side that went down, providing that a ten goal deficit in goals was overturned. (Come on, who would swing it if they were the Stoke boss?)

Lambert is already talking about next season so he feels confident that he will be the man in charge, that might not make too many Stoke fans too happy.

So everything is set for a party in South Wales, enjoy your trip Stokies.

As far as the teams go, Swansea will be giving appearances to Leon Britton who is retiring after a long service to the club, Angel Rangel also plays his final game for the Swans.

Provisional squad: Fabianski, Naughton, Van der Hoorn, Fernandez, Mawson, Olsson, Ki, Carroll, King, Clucas, J Ayew, A Ayew, Nordfeldt, Roberts, Britton, Sanches, Abraham, Dyer, Narsingh, Routledge.

Referee – Anthony Taylor

Head-to-head league only – Swansea 4 wins, Draws – 3, Stoke wins – 6
