Italian club Parma are sniffing around Stoke in the hope of gaining the services of legend Peter Crouch according to reports.
Crouch is now 37-years-old and is very likely to be leaving the bet365 Stadium this summer as Gary Rowett rebuilds the side.
Serie A would be a great place for Crouch to end his career if he could put up with uprooting and moving to Italy, but it is believed that he and his family are well settled in England. In 2000, Crouch went on loan to Swedish side IFK Hassleholm, so he has played abroad before.
Parma have fought their way back to the top flight in Italy after having to start again in Serie D due to the club being declared bankrupt.
Now that Parma are back amongst the big boys, SportItalia report that they see the man who scored five goals for the Potters last season as someone that they want.
Quite what Italians will make of the robot celebration remains to be seen.
