It has been confirmed that Stoke City defender, Clint Hill may have to spend up to six weeks out after picking up an injury during the win against Plymouth Argyle.

Hill was sent for an X-ray after the match and it was found that the Vital Stoke sponsored player had suffered a fractured rib.

This is just what the club could do without as they continue to struggle to bring new players in on loan and means that the already problematic left back position now becomes even more critical.
