Gallagher set for recall by Rovers?

Paul Gallagher, Stoke’s season long loan signing from Blackburn Rovers could be recalled after Paul Dickov’s injury could keep him out for over a month, the Lancashire Evening Telegraph are reporting.

This would be a major blow for Stoke, whilst Paul has not set the world alight in the last few games, he is the only striker currently available that had looked like he could score and has done well during the first half of the season scoring 8 goals.

Blackburn are looking to get someone else in on loan to cover for Dickov, who dislocated his shoulder in the game against Newcastle on Saturday, but failing that, recalling Gallagher is obviously an option.
