Peter Odemwingie has been voted Stoke`s standout player of the FIFA World Cup by you, the Vital Stoke community.
The Nigerian forward became the first Stoke player to ever score in a World Cup finals tournament.
The 33-year-old forward scored his goal against his Potters teammate Asmir Begovic in Nigeria`s 1-0 victory against Bosnia.
The former Cardiff player helped the Super Eagles into the knockout round of the competition and beat his fellow teammates in the poll with an impressive 76% of the vote.
