Four Stoke players will have their summer holidays interrupted as they’ve been selected to represent their countries.
Carl Hoefkens has been selected for the squad to represent Belgium in the forthcoming Euro 2008 qualifiers next month against Portugal and Finland.
Ricardo Fuller is due to play in a friendly for Jamaica against Chile on June 5th.
Martin Paterson and Rob Garrett have been selected for the Northern Ireland Under 21 squad that is due to face Scotland on May 24th and Moldova on June 1st.
