Stoke City have signed a five-year deal with kit manufacturer Macron to be the club`s kit supplier.

The Italian supplier will design and manufacture the Potters match day and training kit for the next five seasons, replacing American company New Balance.

The commercial deal is the biggest in the club`s history.

Chief Executive Tony Scholes told StokeCityFC.com:
“We are delighted to be entering into a five-year partnership with Macron which, in commercial terms, is by far the biggest agreement with a kit supplier we`ve ever signed.

“Macron are a rapidly growing brand in a highly competitive market. They are a company with big aspirations which is another reason why our partnership is such a perfect fit.”

Macron currently produce kit for Crystal Palace as well as European teams such as Lazio, Real Betis and Napoli.

Macron Chief Executive Gianluca Pavanello told StokeCityFC.com: “We are really excited about this new partnership with a top 10 club in what is renowned to be the most watched football league in the world. Our designers have been working round the clock in close collaboration with the Club to develop the new collection that we hope the players and fans will wear with pride.”
