Stoke manager Tony Pulis has admitted it will be a tough decision to decide between Andy Wilkinson and Robert Huth at right-back for Sunday`s match at Hull.

After Huth was given a 3 match ban for punching West Ham`s Matthew Upson back in October, Wilko has deputised and impressed in each of the last two league games.

Pulis says ‘I’ve been really pleased with Wilko,’ ‘He’s done smashing, which doesn’t really surprise you because he always comes in and delivers his very best for the team. It will be a tough decision because you can’t ignore what Wilko gives you, nor what Robert has to offer”.

The 25-year old Wilkinson has voiced his determination to keep the German international out of the side but that will be easier said than done following Huth`s bright start at the Brit.

But Wilko`s character and determination has made him a firm crowd favorite over the last year with his solid if not spectacular performances and so we have no qualms over which one gets the nod come Sunday. Just along as we win!

  • Its got to be Wilko, Huth is a good player but I dont think he can just march back into the team
