Apologies to all our visitors for the last week. Due to major system problems, we have been unable to publish all the normal news and reports.

And what a week it has been….!

Rory Delap signed from Sunderland on a three month loan, but is expected to sign permanently in January.

Stoke then went on to get a record 4-0 win over lowly Leeds United at Elland Road, which was marked by goals from the new signings – Hendrie, Higginbotham, Griffin and Fuller.

Tonight, Sunderland are the visitors at the Britannia as Stoke hope to build on that convincing win at Leeds.

Sorry, again, for the recent disruption. Normal service should now be resumed….
