Tony Pulis is believed to have left Stoke City Football Club after a meeting with club chairman Peter Coates on Tuesday.
The 55-year-old guided the club back to the top-flight of English football in 2008 and has helped to establish them in the Premier League over the past 5 seasons.
However, after a terrible run of form in 2013 and the board’s desire to move in a different direction, it has been decided that Pulis should depart the Britannia Stadium.
It brings to an end a combined 9-year spell at the helm of Stoke for Pulis after initially taking over in 2002 and saving the club from relegation to League One in his first season.
