Sunderland keeper, Marton Fulop continues to be linked to the Potters as it is rumoured Stoke have submitted a £1m bid. Whether that will be enough to tempt Keane to part with him is not certain as Leicester tried to land the 25 year old with a similar bid after a loan spell at the Walkers Stadium last season.

It’s been suggested since the end of the season that Tony Pulis was keen to see the Black Cats’ reserve keeper, Marton Fulop back at the Brit on a permanent basis and reports now say that we’ve submitted a bid to the Wearside club and now we’re waiting for a response.

Fulop had one of the shortest loan periods ever last season as he was recalled by Roy Keane before he could even take to the field but Tony Pulis is known to be an admirer of the Hungarian international who is desperate for regular first team football to make sure he keeps his place in the Hungarian squad.
