Mali start their African Cup of Nations campaign tonight along with Stoke’s Mamady Sidibe hoping to overcome Benin.

The biennial tournament kicked off last night in Ghana and Big Mama will be praying for a better time than during his last international against Togo when he was badly injured during a riot at the end of the match.

Stoke fans can watch the match live on British Eurosport or via the ‘red button’ on the BBC, kick-off is 7.30pm (GMT).
