Stoke manager Tony Pulis has confirmed that he will listen to offers for several players including former club captain Andy Griffin and Michael Tonge.

A whole host of players have now returned to the Potteries after mixed fortunes away on loan and Pulis has recognised that some will be moving on. “Yes, im open to offers for several players, including Griff and Tongey.”

Both have been out on loan at Reading and Derby respectively and it is thought that both clubs are looking to tie up permanent deals. “I`m not kicking any of these players out of the club, but if offers come in for any of them, then we will speak to those involved.”

Others expected to leave include defender Ibrahima Sonko and midfielder Tom Soares. Both played bit-parts last season before been completely left in the cold this term. Soares was thought to be an exciting prospect but lack of form and games has seen his chances with the Potters diminish.

Rumours circulating that defender Ryan Shotton may leave have been quashed with TP adamant that Shotton, Carl Dickinson and Diego Arismendi will all stay.

So it looks a clear out is set to begin before the Potters go and spend some cash of their own. A lot will hinder on Saturday`s Championship Play-off final between Blackpool and Cardiff before Bluebirds midfielder Joe Ledley will decide upon his future. The Welshman has been widely tipped for a move to Stoke for some time and if Cardiff to fail to secure Prem status then it is almost guaranteed he will leave for free, and he isnt short of admirers with us in the driving seat.
