Three more potential players have made it into the Potters’ rumour mill and there’s some news of Stoke’s vacant keeper situation.

Anthony Gardner (Spurs) The former Port Vale defender has been out of the picture at the London club since new manager, Juande Ramos joined last season. As a local lad, he was born in Stafford, he may well fancy a move back to his roots but it’s also rumoured that potential big spenders, QPR, may be after him.

Daniel Cousin (Rangers) The striker nearly joined Fulham during the season but was caught out by the FIFA rule banning players from signing for three clubs in one season in the wake of his summer signing from FC Lens. It’s reported that the Scottish club want £3m for him and that Fulham would also still like to sign the Gabon international.

Lee McCulloch (Rangers) (pictured) The second Gers player to be interesting Pulis, the Scottish international midfielder has always been on TP’s wish list from his days playing up at Wigan.

Marton Fulop (Sunderland) We said on Sunday that things had gone quiet on the keeper front, but now it seems that TP is going for Fulop, who came on loan to Stoke last season but was recalled without even making it onto the pitch. PSV Eindhoven are also reported to be interested in signing the Hungarian international and have tabled a £500,000 bid.
