Pericard hangs out with the Bluebirds

Vincent Pericard is hoping to get in at Cardiff after being released by the Potters.

The striker has spent pre-season training with the Potters, but Tony Pulis has helped him join up with the Bluebirds and whilst no contract is yet on offer, he played in last weekend’s friendly against Valencia, even earning a penalty for Cardiff. This prompted Dave Jones to comment: ‘We’re helping him and he might help us if we decide he’s right for us. If he wins a penalty every week I’ll sign him!’
