Mark Hughes is looking to add to his trio of free transfer as he looks to sign Croatian`s Brazilian born forward Eduardo.

The former Arsenal forward has just arrived back from Brazil after his Croatian side were knocked out in the group stages of the FIFA World Cup, where he made one substitute appearance in the competition.

The 31-year-old is currently a free agent after ending his four year stay at Shaktah Donetsk in Ukraine, where won the league title and scored nine goals last season and is now available on a free transfer.

Mark Hughes is rumoured to want to add Eduardo to his frontline and join other free transfers Steve Sidwell, Mame Biram Diouf and Phil Bardsley at the Britannia Stadium.

The Potters will have to battle other Premier League sides including Queen`s Park Rangers and competition from Europe to grab his signature.
