A third of the Vital Stoke community would like current interim Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez to replace Tony Pulis if the Welshmen were to leave his post at the Britannia Stadium soon.

Benitez fought off competition from the likes of Roberto Martinez and Roberto Di Matteo to be the fans` favourite for the hot seat.

Spaniard Benitez won the vote with 32% of the Vital Stoke community, with Wigan Athletic`s manager Roberto Martinez second in the vote with 26% of the votes and then former Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo third, taking 16% of the vote.

It is yet to be clarified whether Tony Pulis will continue on as the Potters boss, but the Vital Stoke community have made their opinion on the next manager known.
